The Vimark plant covers an area of over 15,000 sq m situated in Strada Spartafino 2, Peveragno, about 10 kilometers from the city of Cuneo. Five large industrial buildings account for over half of the plant area and it is here that the production lines are housed.
A modern and technologically advanced installation run in a fully automatic way by the sophisticated video-robotized management systems of the manufacturing processes.
The automatic lines for bagging the finished products, the blending systems and a pioneering unit that dries, grinds and sifts the aggregates used in the formulas are all installed in these buildings.
The built-up area also includes two analysis laboratories, an outfitted mechanical workshop that provides technical assistance for the systems and building machinery, plus a storehouse for the finished products.
There is a large, completely asphalted area for loading goods adjacent to the industrial sheds while products shipped abroad in containers are loaded in the zone on the eastern side.
